Randonneuring is a non-competitive, self-supported, long-distance cycling activity typically enjoyed by experienced and serious cyclists. The objective is to cultivate the qualities of endurance and self-sufficiency for long distance riding.
First thing first. You must be an AIR member to take part in any brevet in India.
A rider who completes any one ACP approved 200K / 300K / 400K / 600K / 1000K of brevet ride is called a Randonneur. It is a lifetime title earned by the rider.
It may be that organizing club hasn’t updated the event fee payment details, please contact respective organizing club rep for details.
Click on the event link available @ AIR Events page. You can find Ride Responsible's contact ID there.
A brevet or randonneuring event must be undertaken within the following set time limits for the following distances:

Once rider finishes a brevet in stipulated time clearing all the intermediate checkpoints, he/she can apply for brevet medal & pay medal fee to club. Rider or club rep should tick medal as yes on the brevet card on completing the ride.
As the medals are not local made & sent by ACP France, it takes around 6 months for medals to come to India after ride is homologated. You have to collect your medal with homologated brevet card from the club where you rode the BRM. We distribute medals to clubs once every 6 months on average.
